Myers comfort specialists will perform your service twice a year for $69 each visit. Total cost per year is $138 plus applicable taxes . The service call will include:
- 1. One inspection of the Heating System
- 2. One inspection of the Air Conditioning System
Heating
All Inspections Include
- 1. Lubricate and inspect moving parts (Motor, etc.)
- 2. Check belts
- 3. Check filter
- 4. Check evaporator air temperature
- 5. Check wiring
- 6. Check Freon (Heat pump)
- 7. Check and adjust operating safety controls
- 8. Check thermostat
- 9. Check burners and pilot
Air Conditioning
